Hexagonal nut visual screening machine, this machine uses a vibrating disc for feeding, is equipped with AI visual inspection software, and is equipped with three CCD industrial cameras. According to customer requirements, it can detect whether key dimensions such as length, groove diameter, outer diameter, height, etc. of the product meet the drawing requirements, as well as whether there are appearance defects such as teeth, slag blockage, and missing corners on the surface of the product. The detection speed is 500pcs/min, and the detection accuracy is ± 0.01mm
