Flange nut visual screening machine, this machine uses a vibrating disc for feeding, is equipped with artificial intelligence visual inspection software, and is equipped with 4 CCD industrial cameras. According to customer requirements, it can detect whether key dimensions such as inner diameter, outer diameter, height, etc. of the product meet the drawing requirements, as well as whether there are surface defects such as missing material, slag, no solder joints, and missing internal threads in the inner hole. The detection speed is 200pcs/min, and the detection accuracy is ± 0.01mm
