O-ring visual screening machine, this machine uses a vibrating disc for feeding, is equipped with artificial intelligence visual inspection software, and is equipped with 2 CCD industrial cameras. According to customer requirements, it can detect whether the key dimensions of the product, such as inner diameter, outer diameter, height, etc., meet the drawing requirements. The detection speed is 400pcs/min, and the detection accuracy is ± 0.01mm.
