Precision screw visual screening machine, this machine uses a vibrating disc for feeding, is equipped with artificial intelligence visual detection software, and is equipped with 2 CCD industrial cameras. According to customer requirements, it can detect whether key dimensions such as outer diameter, height, and step length of the product meet the drawing requirements. The detection speed is 600pcs/min, and the detection accuracy is ± 0.01mm
