Steel wire cutting shot visual screening machine, this machine uses a vibrating disc for feeding, is equipped with artificial intelligence visual detection software, and is equipped with three CCD industrial cameras. According to customer requirements, it can detect whether key dimensions such as outer diameter and aperture of the product meet the drawing requirements, as well as whether the surface of the product has defects such as slag blockage and appearance. The detection speed is 500pcs/min, and the detection accuracy is ± 0.01mm
