Visual screening machine for rivet nuts, this machine uses a vibrating disc for feeding, is equipped with 360 ° artificial intelligence visual inspection software, and is equipped with 9 CCD industrial cameras. According to customer requirements, it can detect whether key dimensions such as outer diameter and height of the product meet the drawing requirements, as well as whether the surface of the product has appearance defects such as rust, pressure damage, cracks, and missing tooth lines in the hole. The detection speed is 200pcs/min, and the detection accuracy is ± 0.01mm
