Visual screening machine for rivet nuts, this machine uses a vibrating disc for feeding, is equipped with artificial intelligence visual inspection software, and is equipped with 4 CCD industrial cameras. According to customer requirements, it can detect whether key dimensions such as inner diameter and height of the product meet the drawing requirements, as well as whether there are surface defects such as pressure marks, dents, burrs, ear deviations, etc. The detection speed is 700pcs/min, and the detection accuracy is ± 0.01mm
