A small screw visual screening machine with a vibrating disc for feedingequipped with artificial intelligence visual inspection software and equipped with three CCD industrial cameras. According to customer requirements, it can detect whether key dimensions such as height, width, andtooth pattern size of the product meet the drawing requirements, as well as  whether the surface of the product has appearance defects such as head defects, slot blockages, slot slag, and poor head electroplating. The detection speed is 600pcs/min, and  the detection accuracy is ± 0.01mm.
