Screw visual screening machine, this machine uses a vibrating disc for feeding, and uses a dividing disc to smoothly transport the product to a glass disc. It is equipped with artificial intelligence visual inspection software and 5 CCD industrial cameras. According to customer requirements, it can detect key dimensions such as aperture, outer diameter, and multi segment length of the product to see if they meet the drawing requirements, as well as whether there are appearance defects such as broken blades on the surface of the product. The detection speed is 20pcs/min, and the detection accuracy is ± 0.01mm
