According to customer requirements, it can detect the key dimensions of the product, such as thread length, pitch, head outer diameter, head height, total height, thread outer diameter, etc., whether they meet the drawing requirements, and whether the surface of the product has appearance defects such as poor electroplating in the hole, inclined surface cracks, end face cracks, rotten teeth, and poor gaskets.
The detection speed is 400 pieces/min, and the detection accuracy is ± 0.02 mm.
